Safety cabins made of steel and aluminum structures produced in the respective Fritzmeier plants, are developed according to the customer´s requirements in-house by our team of over 100 engineers working in the Fritzmeier cabin group. The centrally bundled development department, also designs the tooling, equipment and test gauges required for production and the offline programming of the CNC machines.
In order to cover this wide spectrum of development competence, the so-called "Leading Expert System" was introduced. Certain special areas are awarded to one responsible person. This employee is continuously trained in their area of responsibility, thus offering their specialist knowledge to customers and business partners, as well as providing internal in-house training. This results in an efficient processing of the development tasks and thus ensures a fast and controlled start of the production.
The cabin CAD data is repeatedly checked at an early stage by repeated FE calculations and ergonomic software tools. The necessary quality and work steps for the cabin production is then documented. All of this data is stored in a group-wide engineering database and thus made available to all employees and customers on a daily basis.
