In a festive ceremony on April 10, 2016 in the Court Church of All Saints in Munich, the Genius CAB was awarded the bauma Innovation Prize in the category Design. Georg Fritzmeier, entrepreneur in the Fritzmeier Group, received the award on behalf of the CAB Concept Cluster.
The Innovation Prize has been awarded for the 11th time in five categories – Machine, Components, Construction/Construction Methods, Research and Design. A total of 118 national and international applications were submitted.
The award-winning innovations are future-sustainable and economic developments with a high benefit for practical application that make a contribution to energy and resource efficiency and/or to the humanisation of the workplace.
